Port St. Lucie, Florida—in 2005 it was named the fastest growing city in the United States, having grown from 10,000 to its current 100,000 residents in less than 20 years! In order to meet this incredible demand, the City hired Tetra Tech to design and manage the construction of a second state-of-the-art Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant to treat brackish water from deep Floridan Aquifer wells.
